HOW TO FILE/ W US

  1. Send us (email GREGORY@SAGINAWFINANCIAL.COM/fax/ or in person) Current State Issued DL or ID.
  2. Send us (email GREGORY@SAGINAWFINANCIAL.COM/fax/ or in person) – all W-2’s/1099’s/P&L(if self-employed)
  3. Notify us of any changes from your 2015 if we prepared your taxes last year or – if new this year – identify for us your 1) filing status 2) names, birthdays, and SSN of any dependents 3)income & expenses (if itemizing) 4) 2015 federal tax return if possible.   Fax# is  (702)649-9901.  Just leave a brief description of what you sent and why.
  4. Call us @702-649-9300 to verify we have received your documents.
  5. Schedule an appointment or phone interview.  (You will not have to wait in our lobby this year).
  6. You will need to sign and return a 2016 tax season 8879 form giving us authorization to efile for you.
  7. You can actually take a picture of your documents and email them to GREGORY@SAGINAWFINANCIAL.COM if you do not have access to a scanner or fax.
  8. Give us instructions as to how you would like to receive your refund – bank acct, pre-paid card, check from our office, or refund-anticipation-loan through Republic Bank/Wells Fargo.
  9. Tell your friends and family about us. Tell them to mention you when they file with us.
